Dutch Weave Wire Cloth which is woven with a larger wire diameter in the warp direction and a relatively smaller wire in the shute direction. This weave has great strength and is available in wide range of micron ranges. It is primarily used to filter a wide range of liquid and slurry products.
Dutch woven wire cloth can also be called as rectangular opening wire cloth, in contrast with the square woven wire cloth.
Weaving ways: While the warp wires remain straight, the weft wires are plain woven to lie as
close as possible against each other in a line g a dense strong material with small, irregular and twisting passageways that appear triangular when diagonally viewing the weave.
Usage: This type of cloth is most frequently used for high pressure filtration processer to
separate from other medium. It is widely used in industry of spaceflight, petroleum, chemical and so on.
